Lynden Fair

Well, yesterday Glen and I took the kids and Chyanne to the Lynden Fair. It took us a good have the day almost to get ready and actually get their but it was a good time. It was supposed to be in the 90's but somehow right when we got there it seemed to cool down, which was nice. Marquis and Madisyn were both so excited as we walked towards the fairgrounds and could see the rides going. They were screamin and laughin. It was adorable. We took them in their wagon which they love to ride in a lot better then our stroller. We got to go see the animals and Marquis' favorite was the cows. And he got to touch a sheep and tells a cute story about how he touched its ear and it freaked out! Its really cute how he tells it. He was disgusted by the pigs, he called them fat and when we asked him to touch it he said "eewww gross" and would make a funny face as you can see from one the pictures here. He was running around like a crazy kid when we took him to see the chickens because he loves birds and thats what he calls a chicken. Madisyn got a little worn out and passed out in the wagon. We took Marquis on some rides, Chyanne and I even took him on the sizzler i think it was?!! (the fastest ride he has ever been on) he cried and said he wanted out. I felt bad. Chyanne, Glen and I even got to go on a couple big kids rides. Dad even got Marquis a big sponge bob hammer. What a great day!

It looks like you guys had fun. We were up there this last weekend and went to the fair too. We had kind of a family gathering. It was fun but stress filled too. I would have loved to come and say hi but the my family wasn't letting anyone do anything but family stuff. So maybe next time. Talk to ya later.

I love Madisyn's little ponytail -- so cute!

We'd love to get together again some time this summer. Maybe we could go to a park while the weather is still nice . . .

By the way, thanks for letting us know about your blog!
