We miss you California

Glen and I took the kids to California on March 11 and came home this past friday night. We had a wonderful time. We went down and stayed with Glens parents and got to visit a lot with his brother and sister as well. We did a lot of really fun things and the weather was beautiful. The kids loved being out doors. We took them to Knotts Berry farms and they both loved the rides this time. Madisyn was big enough to ride a lot of them this time. We also took them to a little place called Adventure city, another little theme park geared towards little ones. There were no lines and they even had a petting zoo the kids loved. We visited disney land, i swear on the busiest day of the year!! the kids were scared of the characters so we didn't get any pictures except 2 with them. The lines were really long and marquis hated that. They loved goin on the Nemo submarine. And we also visited California Adventures and they loved the Bugs Land they had there with all the bugs and the little rides. I think there favorite place to go though was the beach, we could have taken them everyday and saved money and they would have been so happy. Marquis loved playing in the water with dad and Madisyn loved trying to run in the sand. They were so cute. I didn't get the pictures i wanted of them at the beach because i would either forget my camera or the battery died right when i needed it. WE had a wonderful time visiting family and playing in the beautiful weather. Madisyn started talking a bunch while we where there we also had to take her back to the ER while we where there b/c she got sick again and was having coughing fits and having difficulty breathing right and running a fever.She is doing alot better now that we are home though. WE all enjoyed our visit to California.
