Christmas season!!

Christmas time is here and we are loving it. We got our Christmas decorations out last week and started the decorating. They kids are loving it. Its hard to keep them from touching everything, matter of fact we have already had 4 different things get broken and had to be fixed. We went and cut down our Christmas tree this past weekend, and both the kids are really excited that we have a tree in our house. Every few minutes Madisyn will point at it and say "wook, wook". Marquis wakes up in the mornings and tells me "tree mommy". It took awhile to get the tree decorated because we would put ornaments on and then the kids would take them off, we bought shatter proof bulbs just for that reason. Madisyn likes to try and play catch with them. We made homemade cinnamon applesauce ornaments this year, the kids enjoyed that, Marquis mostly because he loves helping make stuff. Marquis and Glen both tried to eat the ornaments and found out that they don't taste too good. I wouldn't think so when they are made mostly on cinnamon, some applesauce and some glue. Goofy boys! Anyway, the kids are already enjoying the season. I can't wait for many more to come.

so much fun! We used to only decorate the upper and leave the lower for the kids to change all the time. They love to move things.

It's gotta be so exciting for them, especially as they are getting older. It's probably more fun for you, too!

We're looking forward to this Christmas with Sophie. She was only seven weeks old last year at Christmas, so she had no idea what was going on.
